Shawnee - Manager
I was born and raised in Southern California before moving to Arizona. I have been rescuing animals for as long as I can remember, so it only made sense to go into veterinary medicine! I've worked with the Arrow Group of Small Animal Hospitals since June of 1999. I started as an assistant on the west side of town at Westbrook Animal Hospital where I worked my way up the ranks to become practice manager. I transferred to Scottsdale Hills Animal Hospital in January 2006, and then to my new home here at Dobson Ranch in March of 2007. In my spare time I work closely with the Arizona Border Collie Rescue and I enjoy everything outdoors - hiking, camping, and fishing (though I'm no good). I spend every moment I can with my family and our two beautiful dogs - my Border Collie boys Bud and Zack.
Dobson Ranch Animal Hospital Staff
Amber
Hi! My name is Amber and I have been working at Dobson Ranch since 11/07. I honestly love my job and love every single person I work with.
I have two sons, Bajo, my munchkin kitty (a munchkin kitty is a normal sized cat with short legs, like a weiner dog, but a cat), and Spike, my rescue kitty who is in to everything at all times, but I love him still. I was born and raised in Arizona and I am an avid sports fan (Diamondbacks, Suns, and Broncos mostly). In my spare time I enjoy doing nerd things, like reading Harry Potter, re-watching X-Files episodes, and playing Rock Band with my roommates.
Bryan
Hi, my name is Bryan and I have worked at Dobson Ranch Animal Hospital since August 2007. I love animals and have dedicated my life to helping them. I am currently attending Mesa Community College, taking classes to become a veterinary technician. I plan on continuing my education to become a veterinarian, which is my childhood dream.
I have a "zoo" of animals at home who I love taking care of. My 3 dogs Bindi, Meisje and Hopi are the best dogs a guy could have. I also have a lot of non-furry pets: 4 red-tail boas, 2 bearded dragons, 2 sulcata tortoises and too many fish to count. I love my animals and they are the highlight of my life.
I am also a huge sports fan, football and baseball are my favorites. Go Packers and Diamondbacks!
Camille - Veterinary Technician/Supervisor
I have enjoyed working in the veterinarian field as a Veterinarian Assistant and Receptionist since August of 2003. I joined the Dobson Ranch Team September of 2005. In my spare time I enjoy reading, hiking, four wheeling and spending time with my family and friends. My crazy household includes five cats, Miss Kitty, Miss Cleo, Elliot, Matilda and Lily. Also three dogs, Dakoda, Josie and Buster.
Hannah
I joined DRAH in June of 2005 as a veterinary assistant and receptionist. I enjoy working here with the staff, clients and animals. I have 3 cats, Monroe, Audrey, and Dolly. They're more like my children then pets. I am from a very small town in Southern Minnesota, but I have lived in Arizona for a large portion of my life. I have a big family who I love very much. In my spare time I enjoy four wheeling, listening to music and spending time with my family and friends.
Kimberly - Vet Tech/Supervisor
I have worked at Dobson Ranch since June of 2001. I became a technician because of my love of animals. My four legged kids are two 3 year old Golden Retrievers named Colbe and Caleb and an iguana named Zona. I also adopted three abandoned kittens and their names are Merlyn, Loki, and Valkyrie. In my spare time I like to read, go camping, and go to the movies.
Marcie
My name is Marcie. I have enjoyed working for Dobson Ranch Animal Hospital since moving here from New York in 1990. Four of my five children and their families live here and at the center of the universe is my delightful little Yorkshire terrier, Lupita Frijoles.
