Register Your Pets

Are you getting ready for your first visit, or do you have a new pet? You might save some waiting time if you fill out our
registration form ahead of time. Just print,
fill it out, and bring it in when you visit.

You might also want to register your new pet with Maricopa County. Just print out the
pet license application and mail it in. Dogs are required to be registered, but cats are optional.
